DRIVERS EDUCATION:

Valley SD262 offers three classes of driver's education per year: fall, spring, and summer. Fall and spring classes meet from 7-8 a.m. for approximately 7 weeks which includes scheduled driving. Summer classes length and time varies.

Cost is $200. Fees may be paid in installments but must be paid in full by the completion of class.

To be eligible for driver's ed. students must be 14 1/2 before the beginning of class and must have purchased an instruction permit ($15) from the Jerome County Sheriff's Office. A list of necessary paperwork needed to obtain a permit is available upon request in the High School office.
